   Sharp, well lit, one main subject per image. Busy collages confuse the camera.

   For characters, a front-on shot works best, ideally showing the full outfit.

   One for each character or place that matters. More images aren't better if they disagree with each other.

   Write the idea anyway

   Say who the image is in the story: “the woman in image 1 is the bride, the man in image 2 is her ex”.

No photos of real people and no famous characters, the same as for text ideas. Use original characters, drawings, places and objects. Ideas and images are checked before any credits are spent.

Reference images go into private storage under your account. They reach the filming step only as short-lived links and are never shown on your short's page. Viewers see the finished short and nothing else.
